Andrew, who has previously worked for an ergonomics startup, also has experience in editorial for London-based health and wellbeing publication, Balance.
Specialising in B2C marketing content and SEO, he will be responsible for creating copy across all platforms of the business, bringing his enthusiasm and versatility to the role. Andrew prides himself on astute brand and market knowledge when writing content, and as a journalism graduate, understands the importance of structure when delivering copy.
Working in conjunction with the NuroKor communications team, he will remain consistent in delivering on the strategy, but will also look to bring his creativity and ideas to each project, with the ultimate goal of expanding NuroKor’s brand message further.
Andrew said: “I am buzzing to be a part of the NuroKor journey."
"As soon as I came across the website, my attention was grabbed. I’m quite stimulated by the discussion of the future of health, of where health maintenance is going, and I’ve always enjoyed studying this subject. All of the NuroKor ideals were very clear to me upon first reading, and this is only more evident upon meeting my new colleagues."
"Speaking with Rick and the rest of the team, the sense of knowledge from everybody really resonates. There seems to be a clear understanding of all aspects of the business - from the communication strategy, to the technology itself. There is a collective drive that really sets a standard, and I know from experience these are imperative characteristics of a successful business. This is an extremely exciting time for myself and my career.”
Some of Andrew’s previous work includes a campaign for Deskmate, where standing desks were targeted at the student market. Andrew’s content contribution helped with the sale of over 3000 units over the campaign, beating target and increasing consumer engagement.
Andrew is looking forward to bringing his experience of working in the health sector, as well as his writing skills, to NuroKor.
“For me, the company virtues of innovation and progress beautifully coincide with the ethos of helping improve people’s lives. I can’t wait to be a part of the cause.”
Outside of work, Andrew focuses on other writing projects, such as novels and screenplay writing. A keen yogi, he also practises meditation and likes to paint in his spare time.
