Maddy Kennedy joins as NuroKor's CFO
As we look to the future - following extremely successful early growth - NuroKor is excited to welcome Maddy Kennedy as our Chief Financial Officer.

She joins the team with an astute financial background and a wealth of experience in the life science and technology sectors and will be helping guide us through the next stages of our exciting journey to revolutionise healthcare. As we move from the first stages of our growth, there are many new challenges to come and Maddy’s skills will help us build on our incredible success so far.
Whether this be leading NuroKor through future funding rounds or presenting the company to investors, Maddy is well equipped from her previous roles, such as Finance Director for Alliance Pharma and Chief Financial Officer for Lab21 Ltd.
One of her career highlights came at Alliance Pharma, where she was involved in the company’s IPO - and she believes NuroKor is well positioned to follow suit, “I suspect NuroKor is going to evolve rapidly, and be reactionary as opportunities present themselves. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an IPO at some point”.
When asked what drew her to NuroKor, Maddy said: “I am somebody that likes working with entrepreneurial CEOs and management teams who are trying to meet an unmet need. The energy and enthusiasm at NuroKor is infectious!”
With a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School in Oxford, it was here she achieved one of her personal highlights, winning the Said prize for integrative assignment at the end of her postgraduate studies. Maddy is also a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Outside work, Maddy is an extremely keen walker, and has taken part in the gruelling Trailwalker charity walk where you have to complete 100km in 24 hours. Just once or twice wasn’t enough for Maddy though, who has done this three times!
With her three children (two now grown up and left home) and two dogs, Maddy says she is proud of the life she has created for her family. She is also a bit of a sewing wizard, making many of her own garments, and even a few wedding dresses for close friends.
