  2. Outside App Account Deletion:
    • As the account information is encrypted and not available for us to view or manage externally, account deletion can only be initiated from within the app. However, users can contact us at info@nklifetech.co.uk for guidance and support on how to proceed with the deletion process.

DELETION OF USER DATA

Upon receiving a request to delete an account, we will permanently delete the user account and all associated data. Temporary account deactivation, disabling, or 'freezing' does not qualify as account deletion.
