Having started seriously competing at Long Jump at the age of 17 John went on to travel and compete internationally and frequently ranked in the top 5 in the UK. He now coaches top athletes in long jump, sprints, triple jump and multi events. Since discovering NuroKor devices and conducting his own research into EMS he believes it can be a great way to help maintain, develop and improve upon speed, strength and power.
